High School and Middle School ZONE Training Schedule – Spring 2012
The 2012 spring ZONE training schedule for the remainder of the school year is as follows. Sessions will take place as indicated. Middle School Intro to Zone is intended as a primer for 8th grade only boys and girls to introduce them to High School level Zone training (sessions will run 60 to 75 minutes).
Mondays
Ø 3:30-4:30pm MS Intro to ZONE (8th grade only) in Cafetorium
Ø 4:30-5:30pm HS Girls Softball in Cafetorium
Tuesdays
Ø 3:30-5:00pm HS Coed Out-of-season (combination of conditioning and weight training) Mezzanine and Weight Room
Wednesdays
Ø 3:30 HS Girls Tennis on Tennis Courts
Ø 3:30 HS Boys Golf on Tennis Courts for stretching and then to Weight Room
Ø 4:30 HS Boys Lacrosse on Stadium field (weather permitting)
Thursdays
Ø 3:30 to 5:00pm HS Coed Out-of-season (combination of conditioning and weight training) Mezzanine and Weight Room
Ø 5:00 HS Girls Lacrosse (30 minute session) in Main gym
